I have been living at Normandy Cove for 6 months. Linnette (property manager) was extremely helpful and very friendly throughout the application process. The apartments have all been redone and furnished with brand new appliances. As a community, the people that live here are all so friendly, and Normandy Cove is dog friendly. Management always keeps the property well groomed and clean. All the stores you need are within walking distance and we are only about an 8 minute walk to the beach. With the pool and the courtyards to relax in, and beautiful views of Biscayne Bay, Normandy Cove is the perfect place to live. Tom G

Normandy Cove is located tucked away just off the main road. There are a lot of restaurants and grocery options near by. The area is active with locals, and not tourist, so expect to get to know your neighbors. The apartments have a fresh remodel and stand out in the neighborhood, all located right on the bay! Linnette (property manager) gave me a tour and I loved it. The maintenance manager Ero introduced himself when I was in the office and was very approachable. I can see this feeling like home!
