Normandy Cove is Pet Friendly!

Cats and dogs are allowed with the following criteria:

Weight Limit: 75 pounds.
Pet Limit:  2 indoor pets per apartment. No exotic animals.
Fees: *A non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet and a Pet Screening fee of $20 per pet.
Monthly Rent: $35 per pet.

Breed Restrictions: No aggressive breeds permitted. A letter is required by a Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.
